This Privacy Policy explains how KING HOLDINGS VENTURES LLC ("King AI", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use usekingai.com, the King AI assistant and operations platform, and the services we operate under the Wrenly Home brand (wrenlyhome.com), including our text-message (SMS) programs.

Who we are

KING HOLDINGS VENTURES LLC, 217 Cloverfield Drive, Chillicothe, IL 61523. Contact: hello@usekingai.com. King AI is an AI assistant and operations platform. We also operate Wrenly Home, a home-cleaning service brand.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, service address, booking details, and the messages you send us through forms, bookings, email or text.
Account information: for King AI account holders, login details and the settings and content you provide to the assistant. For the King AI beta, see the sections below, including how beta testers’ data is collected and used to improve King AI.
Cleaner / contractor information: for people who apply or work with Wrenly Home, contact details, availability and job scheduling information.
Payment information: payments, including the King AI subscription, are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe shares with us what we need to run your subscription, such as your billing email, subscription status and dates, and limited card details like the brand and last four digits.
Technical information: basic device, browser and log data needed to run and secure the site.
King AI beta data: for beta testers, the information, conversations, actions, results, usage, errors and logs described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI.

King AI beta: your King, hosted for you

In the King AI beta, your King runs on a private server we host and operate for you, one per user, using an AI model account that you bring. We create that server when your subscription ($36.99 per month, through Stripe) starts and delete it when your subscription ends, whether you cancel, a payment fails, or you delete your account. usekingai.com handles sign-in and billing, passes messages between your browser or app and your King, and receives the beta data your King sends us so we can improve King AI. This section and the ones after it explain what that means for your data. The Beta Terms of Service also apply.

Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI

The King AI beta exists so testers can help us improve King AI through their information, actions and results. As a beta tester, you have no expectation of privacy in the data your King handles through the Service. If you do not want this data collected and used as described here, do not use the beta.

What we collect. We collect and keep:

your account and profile information;
your instructions and messages to King, and your conversations with it;
the actions King takes and their results, including the steps, commands, tool and website use, and outcomes;
files and other content King creates or works with for you;
usage, errors, logs and diagnostics; and
feedback you give us.

How it reaches us. Your King, on the server we host for it, sends this data to us automatically as it works. Before we delete your King’s server (when your subscription ends or you delete your account), we keep a final export of this beta data.

How we use it. We use it to operate, debug, evaluate and improve King AI, including building test cases, training, evaluating and tuning prompts and models, and product research.

Who can see it. People at KING HOLDINGS VENTURES LLC and the contractors working for us may review it. We do not sell it.

How long we keep it. We keep it for as long as it is useful for improving King AI, even after the beta ends or you delete your account, unless the law requires otherwise.

What deleting your account still removes. Deleting your account cancels your subscription, deletes your King’s server, and removes your account and sign-in data, your invite, and your computer pairings and device tokens. Beta data already collected, including the final export, may be kept, in a form tied to an internal id.

What we do not collect. We do not collect your passwords, API keys, model or subscription tokens, cookies or saved logins. King strips them before upload, and we delete any we find.

Information about other people. This covers content about other people that you give King or that King handles for you (for example, the people you message or whose details are in your files). You must have the right to share it, and you must not give King data you are not allowed to share, such as other people’s sensitive data (health, financial, government ID or similar information) without their permission.

The King AI beta is only for people 18 and older who have a beta invite.

What usekingai.com stores

Your Google sign-in details: your Google account email address and name (and profile picture, if Google provides it). We use Google only to sign you in; we do not get your Google password or access to your Gmail, Drive or other Google data through sign-in.
Your invite: the invite or waitlist place that admitted you to the beta, who it was for, and when it was used.
Your session: a sign-in session (a secure cookie or token) so you stay signed in, and the link between your account and your King.
Your subscription: your Stripe customer and subscription references, its status, and its billing dates.
Basic logs: times, IP addresses, device and browser data, and error logs needed to run, secure and fix the Service.
Beta data from your King: your conversations, instructions, King’s actions and results, files and content it works with, usage, errors, logs and feedback, as described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI.

Messages between you and your King

When you chat with your King, your messages, King's replies, and files or screens you share pass through usekingai.com on their way between your browser or app and your King, over encrypted connections. In the beta, your conversations, King’s actions and their results are also stored and used to improve King AI, as described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI.

What is on your King’s server

Your chats and their history, King's memory, files King creates or works on, logs of its work, its settings, and the accounts and tools you connect. Your King also copies its conversations, actions, results, errors and usage to us, as described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI.
Your model credential (Claude subscription token or Anthropic API key), which is passed to your King, kept on its server and used from there. It is not kept in your usekingai.com account records and it is excluded from the beta data we collect.

We host and operate that server for you. People working for us may access it to run, secure, update, fix and support it. It is deleted, with everything on it, when your subscription ends or you delete your account; only the final export of beta data described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI is kept. Download anything you want to keep before then.

AI processing by your model provider

To answer you and do your work, your King sends your instructions and the content it is working with (which can include files, web pages and messages) to the AI model provider whose credential you supplied, today Anthropic. That provider processes it under its own terms and privacy policy and under your account with it, not under this policy. Please review the provider's terms, including how it handles data and whether it uses it for training on your plan.

Actions King takes for you

King is an autonomous agent. When you instruct it, it may browse websites, run programs, and use accounts and tools you connect to send messages or take other actions. Those actions share data with the websites and services involved (for example, the recipient of an email King sends for you) under those services' own policies. You decide which accounts and tools to connect and can disconnect them at any time.

Pairing your personal computer

If you pair a personal computer, the companion app connects it to your King. Screen viewing and screen control are off by default. Only when you turn them on can King capture what is on that screen and use the keyboard and mouse there. Screen images go to your King (through usekingai.com) and, when King needs to understand them, to your model provider. Screen images King uses in its work are part of the beta data described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI. You can turn them off or unpair the computer at any time.

Deleting your King AI data

Self-serve: use Delete my account in Settings. Or email hello@usekingai.com from the email address you sign in with, and we will delete it for you.
What is deleted: your subscription is cancelled; your King’s server and the data on it are deleted; and your account and sign-in data (Google email and name), invite record, sessions, and your computer pairings and device tokens are removed. Some of these records may remain for a short time in backups or logs, or longer where the law requires or to prevent abuse, and are then deleted.
What is kept: beta data already collected (conversations, actions, results, files and content, usage, errors, logs and feedback), including the final export taken before your King’s server is deleted, may be kept to improve King AI, in a form tied to an internal id, as described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI.
Your own devices are yours. Deleting your account does not erase data on your personal computer. Uninstall the companion app from any paired computer, and revoke your model credential with your provider if you no longer want it used.
Payment records: Stripe and we keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires.

King AI beta retention

We keep your account data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account or we end your access, apart from the limited cases above. Beta data (your conversations, King’s actions and results, files and content, usage, errors, logs and feedback) is kept for as long as it is useful for improving King AI, even after the beta ends or your account is deleted, unless the law requires otherwise. Data on your King’s server is kept while your subscription is active and is deleted with the server when your subscription ends, apart from the final export of beta data.

The King AI beta is only for people 18 and older.

How we use information

To provide, schedule and confirm the services you request, and to respond to your inquiries.
To send account and service notifications, booking confirmations, appointment reminders and scheduling updates, including by SMS when you have agreed to receive texts.
To coordinate work between customers and cleaners.
To process payments, prevent fraud, secure our systems and meet legal obligations.
For King AI beta testers: to operate, debug, evaluate and improve King AI, including building test cases, training, evaluating and tuning prompts and models, and product research, using the data described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and messaging providers that deliver the text messages on our behalf.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run and improve our services:

Service providers and contractors who act on our behalf, such as hosting, email, payment processing and SMS/telecommunications providers, and contractors who help us review and improve King AI using beta data, bound to use the data only to provide their service to us. (SMS opt-in data is shared only as described in the box above.)
Between customers and cleaners, only the details needed to complete a booked job (for example, first name, service address and appointment time).
Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
Business transfers, as part of a merger or sale of the business, subject to this policy. This does not include sharing SMS opt-in data or phone numbers for marketing.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above (for King AI beta data, as described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI) or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of email or text messages, by contacting hello@usekingai.com. For King AI beta data, deletion works as described in Beta testers: your data is used to improve King AI; collection stops when your King’s server is deleted, which happens when your subscription ends (cancel in Settings) or when you delete your account. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. The King AI beta is limited to people 18 and older; if we learn that a beta account belongs to someone younger, we will close it, cancel its subscription and delete its data, including its King’s server and the beta data collected from it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact hello@usekingai.com.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date and version above show the latest version (currently Version beta-2026-10-29-hosted).
