Program
Program name: King AI messaging, including messages sent for Wrenly Home. The program is operated by KING HOLDINGS VENTURES LLC, 217 Cloverfield Drive, Chillicothe, IL 61523.
Messages are sent from King AI's line, +1 (309) 727-8014, and the Wrenly Home line, +1 (309) 271-1233.
What messages we send
- Account and owner alerts for King AI account holders.
- Booking confirmations and appointment reminders for Wrenly Home customers.
- Scheduling messages to customers and cleaners (arrival times, schedule changes, job details).
- Replies to inquiries you send us by form, booking or text.
We do not send marketing messages to people who have not separately agreed to them.
How you opt in
You opt in by giving your mobile number on a King AI or Wrenly Home form or booking and checking the box (or otherwise agreeing) to receive texts, or by texting one of our numbers first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Sample opt-in consent:
“By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from King AI / Wrenly Home (KING HOLDINGS VENTURES LLC) at the number provided about my account, bookings, appointment reminders, scheduling and replies to my inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you text STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also text START to opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@usekingai.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
